individual therapy
$170: 60 minutes
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I support adults who are rebuilding trust in themselves while navigating anxiety, depression, disability, vision loss, or a life-changing diagnosis. Together, we can make space for the grief and uncertainty these experiences may bring, notice what is already helping, and build on your strengths. Therapy is collaborative and shaped by your needs, your voice, and what feels meaningful to you.
single session
$170: 60 minutes
Sometimes one session is enough
This 60-minute single session offers a focused and compassionate space to work through a specific issue, decision, or unexpected life event that has left you feeling unsettled or overwhelmed. It is a chance to gain clarity, focus on a meaningful goal, and explore your next steps without committing to ongoing therapy.
group Therapy
Coming Soon!
A supportive group for adults struggling with self-doubt or persistent self-criticism. This group will offer a welcoming space to slow down, connect with others, and explore gentler ways of relating to yourself. Through gentle kindness meditation, guided reflection, and solution-focused conversations, you will develop greater awareness and compassion for your experiences. Together, we will notice what is already helping, build on your strengths, and strengthen your ability to trust yourself.
online
At Lindenwood Therapy all sessions are provided online. Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, fostering the same depth of connection and therapeutic progress. Many clients find it easier to open up in their familiar environment, leading to meaningful conversations and insights. Sessions are conducted through a secure and PHIPA-compliant platform, ensuring your privacy and safety.
group meditation
I lead free Loving-Kindness (Metta) meditation sessions as a way to give back to the community, offering a space for connection, compassion, and inner peace. Having trained with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, I am committed to making meditation accessible to all. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these guided sessions provide a welcoming environment to cultivate calm, clarity, and emotional well-being.
Making Therapy Accessible
I believe therapy should be available to those who need support. To promote accessibility, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for seniors and individuals experiencing financial hardship. Reduced-rate sessions are available at $125 per session and are typically offered for up to five sessions. Requests for additional reduced-rate sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
Please reach out to inquire about an accessibility spot.
